While Mat Gonzalez is a medical doctor, no doctor-patient relationship is formed. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical conditions, diagnoses, or treatments.

      2. Health Risks
      Coaching may involve lifestyle changes (e.g., diet, exercise, stress management). You are responsible for assessing the suitability of recommendations with your healthcare provider. Disclose all relevant health information to us before starting.

      3. No Guarantees
      Results vary based on individual effort, health status, and adherence. Flowing Qi TCM does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, stress reduction).

      4. Third-Party Tools
      Services use third-party platforms (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Zoom, Stripe, Calendly). Flowing Qi TCM is not responsible for their performance, outages, or data practices.       5. Service Disruptions
      In areas with frequent power or internet outages, Flowing Qi TCM strives to maintain service reliability. If we are unable to deliver a session due to such outages, clients will receive a 20% off coupon and a rescheduled session per the Power and Internet Outage Policy. Client-side disruptions are subject to the Cancellation Policy.

      6. US Compliance

      • Per FTC guidelines, we disclose that coaching is a paid service, subject to the Cancellation Policy ($10 fine for no-shows or late cancellations). Testimonials (if used) reflect typical results to the best of our knowledge.

      • If handling protected health information (PHI), Flowing Qi TCM aims to comply with HIPAA by using secure platforms (e.g., Zoom’s HIPAA-compliant free plan, WhatsApp encryption).

      7. Australia Compliance
